Frequently Asked Questions
How much is membership?
Membership is only $50 for the entire year, starting from the date you register. Membership must be renewed annually to attend classes.
Can I try a class?
Yes! For a 1-hour long class the trial price is only $17. For a 2-hour long class, the trial price is $27. Limit to 1 trial per class.
When do I need to pay for class?
Payment for classes is due by the first class of the month. Payments can be made:
In person with cash.
With a personal check. Please make your check payable to Golden Isles Gymnastics. A $30 fee will be added to all returned checks.
With VISA, AX, MasterCard, or Discover. *A 4% fee will be added to all cards to pay for processing*
With credit card on file.

What to wear to practice?
Leotards are preferred. Otherwise a t-shirt and shorts is fine, as long as they are not baggy. No shoes or socks required.
Gymnastics or Tumbling?
Both classes start with a similar warm-ups and stretches. Gymnastics incorporates all traditional events including the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Tumbling sticks to the floor-only skills such as cartwheels, handstands, and back handsprings.
What if I miss a payment?
You are allowed 1 late payment per session, and the athlete can still participate that day. After the 1st time, the student will not be allowed to participate in the class until a payment is made.
Are the age categories flexible?
Yes. All children mature at different times and at different rates. Exemptions will be on a case by case basis. All cases will take into account maturity level, natural ability, and previous skills.
Can I purchase leotards at the gym?
Yes! We have high quality GK leotards, shorts, and other gear in multiple sizes and colors. Check the front desk for more info!
Do you offer make-ups?
Yes, we offer two make-up classes per session. Make-ups must be confirmed with the front desk at minimum a day before the class.
How can I register for classes?
